I did a drawing for a band!

Not long ago I got a request to do a drawing for a band named ,,Ogień'' as a birthday present for the lead singer! it was a honor for me to be able to do a drawing for him.

Discover the place that you live in


Hello lovelies,

I love to travel and I feel like everytime I go to a new place I dicover a part of myself, a new feeling or impression. We often travel aborad but forget how beautiful the place that we live in might be. You don't need lot's of money to travel, as a teenage girl I know how difficult it is, but there are many ways to travel. I've never fully noticed how beautiful and intresting the place that I live in really is.
Busy with everyday life tasks and responsibilities I've ignored my surroundings and missed out a lot.
I've decided to appreciate the place that I live in and travel more locally, so I took my bike and went straight ahead, as I rode my bike I've admired the incredible views and enjoyed the warm weather, also at the same time I had a great workout!
I like to discover new villages or towns so often I get on a train and go anywhere I want to.

Things you can do when traveling locally:

Find a new forest and run, admire the nature, observe the world and see extraordinary things, sit somewhere and read a book, go to a cafe or a restaurant you've never been to, go on long bike rides, take pictures, rest and relax, meet new people, observe animals, go on a picnic, look at the sunset.

Friend's birthday party stylization


Hello lovelies! 

How have you all been? The party season has oficially started, we've all been waiting for the summer hoildays and they're finally here. 
I've been invited to an 18th birthday party again and I've decided to go for a more elegant look. 
I usally wear dresses in darker colours, because I'm pretty fair but as I got a bit of a tan because of the lovely, sunny weather, I've decided to wear my powder pink dress. This dress has been laying around in my wardrobe for a pretty long time and I finally decided to wear it! 
The dress is made from two layers of tulle and a delicate fabric, the top of the dress is made from lace and there is a satin belt. It's light, comfortable to wear and also looks gorgeous when you spin around while dancing. I've decided to wear my favourite, classic black heels with the dress. I did my hair and make up by my self, I can do a tutorial on it if you would like me to and I would be more than happy to do it.

SUMMER VIBES - Outfit

Hello lovelies!
summer is finally here so it's time to wear these cute shorts! 
this is a casual, summer outfit that I would wear to go out with my friends or on a bike ride. 
Some ripped shorts with holes that are inspired by the DIY shorts, but I actually bought them in a shop. 
Plain black crop top with stipes on the back and a checkered shirt in gorgeous colours. 
Sunglasses of course! they're irreplaceable in the summer, 
And last but not least my favourite shoes ever - Converse!

LUSH Toothy tabs - review

Hello lovelies,
I absolutley adore Lush products, I know it sounds like I'm promoting their company but I actually want to encourage people to invest in natural, harm free products.  

Tooth paste - everyone knows what it is, everyone is using it. The normal tooth paste that we use is usually minty, foams really well and makes our teeth shiny and gives us fresh minty breath. 
Have you ever wondered if there are any different alternatives to toothpaste? well I have...I've read some articles about harmful ingrediants in toothpaste, even though we don't swollow toothpaste, some of the chemicals make their way into your bloodstream. Mouth is the most absorbent place in a human body so thats why it's so easy fo the ingreadiants to get into our body. Keep in mind that toothpaste is something we use everyday, at least twice a day, so I think we should choose it carefully as many popular brands contain ingrediants that should be avoided.

I've switched from toothpaste to toothy tabs exactly a year ago and I don't thing I'm ever going back!
The first ones I used were ,,Dirty Toothy Tabs'' when I used them for the first time... I'm going to be honest, I really didn't like it. I thought they tasted like soap or washing powder (even thoush I never tried any of these things) and I couldn't keep them in my mouth for too long.
After a while I got used to the taste and it wasn't bad at all! only the first impression wasn't great, because it was something new and I've never tried anything like this before.
Only after the first use I've noticed that my teeth were really clean, slick and shiny! That effect lasted for a really long time, even after I had something to eat.
I started to use them daily and I fell in love, after a while I have noticed that my teeth were looking whiter and healthier overall! I went to the dentist and she said that my teeth are in a very good state now even though my teeth are discolored and should be weak.

 

How to use them?

As on any LUSH products there are nicely written instructions on the packaging.
Toothy tabs are little tablets that you crunch up between you teeth and brush away with a wet toothbrush, this will make a nice foam. You should only use one at a time and don't swollow the foam.

- No preservatives
- No left overs in the toothpaste tube which mean so product watsed!

Any cons?

- Some people might not like the taste but it depends on the personal preference and getting used to it
- May be abrasive because of the chalky texture

Which ones to choose? 

Toothy tabs come in 7 different flavours: Bling, Miles of Smiles, Sparkle, Dirty, Oral Pleasure, Limelight and Boom. They're all really awesome and use unique ingrediants so it's really hard to choose from.

Personally I have only used the ,,DIRTY'' and ,,Boom!'' Toothy tabs. I'm going to review them shortly to give you a brief idea about them. I'm also planning to try all of the different flavours to find my favourite one.







The dirty toothy tabs were the first ones I've ever used and at the beggining I didn't like the taste but after a while I got used to it and actually enjoyed it. Like all toothy tabs, they have a gritty texture which you have to get used and at the beggining it might seem a bit odd. I feel like these little powdery pieces actually helped to clean, smooth and exfoliate my teeth and gums really well.
The main ingrediant in the ,,DIRTY'' toothy tabs  is Neroli Oil (Citrus Amara), this oil is antibacterial and antimicrobial, repairs and rejuvenates (this is extremly helpful if you have problems with gums), it has calming and relaxing scent which acts as tranquilizer and relieves tension that has been building all day, so it's great to use the dirty toothy tabs at the end of the day, just to relax a liitle bit while brushing your teeth.
The taste of these tabs is a little bit minty with a hint of baking soda, it's not a strong taste and there's no strong after taste as there usally is after using ordinary toothpaste. That pleasant minty taste is caused by Spearmint oil.

Dicalcium Phosphate , Sodium Bicarbonate , Cream of Tartar (Potassium bitartrate) , Sodium Lauroyl Sarcosinate , Sorbitol , Kaolin , Spearmint Oil (Mentha spicata) , Neroli Oil (Citrus Aurantium amara) , Sodium Saccharin , *Limonene , *Linalool , Flavor.

All ingrediants are natural and there are safe synthetics only.









#7 Fit Diary

Hello lovelies,
Hard work pays off, that is my key thought right now. If you put enough effort into something you will get what you want. I remember how I felt 7 weeks ago… uncomfortable, fat and tired.
I didn't like my like my body as much as I should and I knew it could look better. The beginnings are always the hardest! but they're the biggest step to make a change, when you make the first step thats half the battle. It's also good to enjoy working out, I know it's hard sometimes and you will feel like giving up many times but you have to push yourself and you will make yourself stronger with every move you do, when you feel like giving up. Make it something you want to do, that you look forward to do. If you tell yourself that working out is enjoyable and look at it from a positive perspective, you will want to do it everyday. I thought it was impossible, that I would give up after a few days but I pushed my elf because, that's the only way to success.

To be honest I'm still in the beginning of weight loss journey and I'm not going to stop now, that is for sure. I'm much happier with my body now, I feel confident while wearing shorts and a crop top now. Over these 7 weeks I've lost 6 kg and a few inches from my thighs, waist and arms. I'm very proud of my self and even though my progress isn't the best, smaller steps are always better than no steps at all. I appreciate every small change I see in my body.
When you see a number go down on a scale… an inch away on a meausre or your belly getting more and more toned up every time you look in the mirrior; that is the best feeling ever, because you know that your hard work is paying off and you know that you're not doing it for nothing. 
I feel better in my body now, I feel healthier and stronger. It's a positive change that everybody deserves, I would be contented if my FitDiary encouraged anybody to be fit.
Even if it's just one person I will be the happiest person on earth.

Trip to England - Lincoln


Hi lovelies!
Not long ago I went to England, to be specific to Lincoln - my English home town.
I explored my beautiful city again but from a whole different perspective with a piece o sentiment and fondness. Lincoln is a beautiful historical city in the east of England. I've lived there for 5 years before I moved to Poland, and then after a year a went back to visit. I've discovered that this city has a beautiful climate especially in the heart of the city near the Cathedral. I love the old town, cute little cafes, vintage shops, red brick houses, moist roads, historical past and the way some people dress there. I really wish you could see the city yourself, I know nothing can interpret the reality but I took some pictures that reflect my impression and feelings while I was exploring this beautiful city.
