#4 Fit Diary

Hello lovelies,
I have some good news, I actually figured something out and I can see big changes coming!
So far I ate how much I wanted to eat, I never controlled it. I ate large portions and had food because I was bored, because it tasted good and just for the sake of eating and feeling full even when I needn't to eat. Basically my biggest enemy is avidity, but as I mentioned in my last post, I have found an app called Fitatu. This app helps you to get the right amount of calories each day to maintain, lose or gain weight. In the app you have to insert your age, height, weight, physical activity during each week and how much weight you want to lose. Then it comes up with the perfect amount of calories, that you should have each day of the week. I'm truly positivley impressed with this app, I've only been using it for a week and I can already see big effects, I have lost about 3 kg in a week! I really can't believe it and I'm so happy. For the first time in a very long time I feel slim and good in my own body. I feel much lighter, my belly is getting flatter and my thigs have lost a few inches as well. My body is getting used to eating smaller portions more often and it's coping pretty well with this big change.
Before I was blinded, I never realised that I've been eating too much, I was used to these large portions and they seemed normal to me. A lot of times, when I was full already I still continued to eat because the food tasted so good and I just couldn't stop my self.

Recently I have been in Warsaw for the first time in my life, I know it's a little bit strange to be in the capital of your own country for the first time at the age of 17, but I just never had the opportunity to go there. I absolutly fell in love with this city, it's so beautiful and has such an amaizing history that it just makes you want to explore every part of it.

I got a job!

Hello my Lovelies!
How have you all been? how's life going? I hope everything is going well.
My life's been pretty interesting latley I have visited Warsaw, my sister came back from Englad for a few days to spend time with me, I've been studying and partying a lot and I got a job!
It's a frist job where I have contact with customers and to be honest on the first day I was very nervous! I work in a tiny cute ice cream parlor and sell natural ice cream, I really like the fact that the ice cream I'm selling is 100% made from natural ingrediants and there are no artificial flavours and colors added. I decided to take on this job because I want to gain a little bit of experiance and make some money which is always usefull. The first day was very scary aspecially because I had to have contact with customers and I was responsible for a lot of things, like the weight of the ice-cream, the amount and flavour... sometimes it was very confusing and when I was sterssed, I forgot everything and had to ask the customers about the flavour again which was really awkward.
I really do care what people think and I want do everything well, but in the end I'm only human, I make mistakes.

Bringing back the ,,old'' times

Hi lovelies, 
I just found this gif that was made 2 years ago, 
I know 2 years isn't a lot but I gained pretty a lot of weight since then. On this gif my belly is flat and you can see my pelvis and ribs... now? it's all covered up with fat. 
I want my body back! and I will do my best to make it happend or at least I'll try. I hope that you are with me through this journey, a positive journey that will change everything for the better. 
 It will make you feel proud of yourself and happy with yout own body.
How many times have you looked in the mirror and saw something you don't like? 
Change it! you have enough strenght to do it! only your excuses are stopping you from reaching your goal. You are strong enough, all you have to do is work hard annd you will achive what you want!
You can get the figure you had a few years ago, you can do it because I believe in you and I believe in myself. 




1 month break from working out

Hello lovelies!
First of all I want to apologise for not posting anything for over a month, I actutally have a decent reason for this - my laptop has been broke!
To be honest I really missed blogging and since I didn't have access to my laptop I didn't workout much... and yes and I do feel really bad.
I worked out a few times, but without this blog it was hard to keep the track of it. I got discouraged very quickly and finally stopped working out. I haven't lost any weight and I'm still very unhappy with the way my body looks. Nothing seems to motivate me, I'm often too tired or too lazy.
Fit diary actually keeps me working out quiet regurally so I'm going to continue it. After one month of working out and sharing it I have noticed that my belly got more toned up which I really like.
I know that continuing to share the diary with you guys will keep me going! I need a dose of motivation and this blog gives me a lot of it!
 I can't give up because I don't want to be unhappy with my body forever, and my biggest fear is that it will be worse in the future, that I will gain even more weight.
I've installed an app called Fitatu and will try to eat less to loose more weight, I will be posting how many calories I had each day next to my exercises.
